Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy ,which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return , your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unsend and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at brotheryuri1997@gmail.com before sending any product back. If you return is accepted, we will provide you whit instructions on how and where to send your package. Items send back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective , damaged, or if you receive the wrong item ,so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/ non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including personalized or custom-made products, perishable goods, and items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If the merchandise is being shipped info the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving a reason, subject to applicable consumer law. The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
